Project Description:
A 17,900 square foot AGE Complex. Horizontal concealed ceiling mounted 4-pipe fan coil units served as the primary air conditioning device for individual offices and other support areas. Two ground mounted package combination single stage evaporative cooling, gas fired heating units designed to introduce a minimum of 4 air changes/hr of ventilation air at all times and evaporative cooling in the summer. Heating space provided via low intensity gas fired radiant heating system. Hot water unit heaters provided to heat spaces without ceilings. A mechanical room containing 650 MBH input natural gas fired atmospheric cast iron section boiler employed as the source of heating hot water. An exterior air cooled packaged nominal 30 ton chiller employed to generate chilled water for building cooling.
