Design build for a 30,000 square foot pre-cast concrete building. Schedule 40 PVC/DWV for sanitary waste and vent. Domestic hot and cold water with type L copper above ceiling and in wall, cross-linked polyethylene for final lab equipment connections. Natural gas with schedule 40 black steel above ceiling and corrugated stainless steel tubing for lab equipment. A vacuum dust collection system with 4” galvanized steel vacuum tubing connected to product separators to Gold, Platinum, and Silver. Packaged Gas/Electric Rooftop Units.
